The whole concept of "conflict minerals" goes well beyond blood diamonds, and covers materials as relatively commonplace as tin, as rare as tantalum and as precious as gold. Intel has truly been a leader in the effort to not only say they can do business without conflict minerals, but to prove it can indeed be done. Now those efforts are being recognized:
